Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at contact@nerkai.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to proceed.
Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@nerkai.com with a photo of the issue. In these cases, we will offer a full refund or replacement — no return shipment required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used cannot be returned unless they are defective. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new purchase once your refund is processed.
Refunds
Once your return is reviewed and approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at contact@nerkai.com.
